For example, you will study what the Central Processing Unit actually does and learn how to develop new computer programs by writing code, you will understand how networks function and improve your skills in problem solving.

How Will I Earn Marks For My Final Grade?
During the course you will study in preparation for a formal examination, worth 75% of your marks, at the end of year 11. However, there will also be a Controlled Assessment, worth 25%, which will take into account practical work you do throughout the course.
