PASTORAL SUPPORT OFFICER – 37 hours per week, term time + 1 week
Actual Salary: £20,011 per annum (full-time equivalent £23,601 pa)
We are seeking to appoint an additional enthusiastic and highly effective Pastoral Support Officer (PSO) to join our House teams. The PSO will assist the House Teams in their day-to-day activities to ensure that every pupil has the opportunity to maximise their progress and attainment. They will work with the House teams to reduce and/or remove any barriers to learning and will play an active role in the resolution of any social or emotional issues pupils might be experiencing. TEACHING ASSISTANT – level 2 or 3 – 33.25 hours per week, term time only
Grade 3, Point 3 (£12.2337 per hour) – salary negotiable for level 3 Teaching Assistant
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) in our on-site Alternative Provision Centre (“ADAPT and Thrive”).
You will have teaching assistant experience in an educational environment or experience working with/caring for children/young people. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity and we are looking to appoint someone as soon as possible.
